Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Manpower and Reserve Affairs (M&RA)
US2 provides consulting services support to the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Manpower and Reserve Affairs (M&RA) under this IDIQ contract. Responsibilities cover the full range of military and human resource activities, including but not limited to: human resource and personnel policies, practices, and procedures; employee benefits and administration; and executive search and recruitment. US2 also provides support and assistance in administrative management issues that cover human resources, marketing, process, physical distribution, and logistics. Additionally, we support management issues, such as strategic and organizational planning, management consulting, and advertising campaign development.
US2 also supports M&RA by providing research and experimental development in physical, engineering, and life sciences including biotechnology, fisheries, forests, health, pharmacy, and other allied subjects. In addition, we provide office administrative and information technology services, as well as training in diverse settings such as training facilities and educational institutions.
U.S. Army Tank-Automotive Command (TACOM)
Under the TACOM contract, US2 provides training to Government identified personnel on the Operation and Maintenance of specific construction and material handling equipment. US2 develops Army approved training materials and provides technically qualified instructors for the IHMEE, AT 422 22.5 Ton Crane, and MAC-50 Ton Crane. The New Equipment Training (NET) courses are conducted in various locations including Hawaii, Alaska, the Continental United States (CONUS) and AOR CENTCOM (OCONUS), including Iraq, Afghanistan, and Kuwait.
