US2 clients require broad cross-functional capabilities for an extraordinary diversity of programs and projects. Almost none fall neatly into conventional service categories, yet our leadership team and staff experts are masters at understanding the critical mission requirements and marshalling resources to meet all of our clients’ challenges.
US2 focuses acutely on effective and efficient project design and implementation – from needs analysis and solution design to program oversight, installation, training, and on-going support. Our intellectual talents and experience enable us to excel in contexts as diverse as repairing military vehicles, building and managing entire facilities or offices, improving management and recruiting processes, and marketing – even creating a social networking site for the U.S. Army. Our leadership team and staff experts own a broad range of strategic planning, analytical, technical, and management skills, enabling US2 to develop robust solutions while avoiding costly pitfalls.
How do we catalog these exceptional talents without minimizing the value of our work to clients? It is daunting, but we offer all of the following capabilities … and more.
Business Process Engineering and Knowledge Management
Our business analysis experts work with customers to identify and analyze enterprise-wide processes and recommend solutions for business efficiencies.
Recent experience includes process analysis, development, design, and implementation for the Office of the Deputy Under Secretary of the Army for Organization Analysis and Design, including organizational studies of the Army Reserve Command and the Army Museum System. We also conducted follow-on studies and a review of the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Manpower & Reserve Affairs (ASA (M&RA)) and Army G-1 organization realignments.
Our teams are trained and proficient in identifying and adopting best business practices, including the most current enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and anticipating the impact of process change on customer employees. We help you peer into the future – and prepare for what’s next.
Program Management
We provide complete program management services using leading-edge management tools and techniques to achieve program objectives and goals.
Our work for the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Manpower & Reserve Affairs (ASA (M&RA)) illustrates the breadth of our capabilities. The ASA (M&RA) engagement includes a widely diverse spectrum of processes – from financial planning and budgeting to office planning, manufacturing operations improvement, and marketing.
Our team leverages its experience to manage the full project lifecycle – addressing scope, time, and schedule requirements, as well as quality assurance, risk management, and procurement functions. We help you keep your program under control, on time, and on budget.
Studies and Analysis
We provide research and analysis across a wide spectrum of human capital domains, allowing our customers to make strategic decisions based on data – not hunches.
Under a contract with the Deputy Under Secretary of the Army for Organizational Analysis and Design, we have performed in-depth organization and management reviews of the Office of the Chief, Army Reserve, and the Army Reserve Command to recommend optimal structure for both.
Other experience within the same contract includes analysis of the Army Museum System and organization realignments for the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Manpower & Reserve Affairs (ASA (M&RA)) and Army G-1. In addition, US2 developed a consolidated report on three studies produced by the ASA (M&RA) Soldier Health and Welfare Integrated Task Force. We are focused on uncovering data that help you make informed business decisions.
Information Technology and Assurance Services
We provide a wide variety of IT services – ranging from communications (data, voice, and video) to security.
We specialize in intrusion detection solutions for classified and non-classified systems – one of our very first practice areas. As shown in our planning and implementation of the Army Experience Center – the Army’s innovative, multimedia recruiting facility – we offer comprehensive IT infrastructure, communications, and security systems, among many other capabilities.
US2 offers computer facility management, data facility management, information assurance, system support operations, help desk planning and implementation, independent verification and validation, as well as vulnerability testing. If it’s IT, we know IT – and we will make IT work for you.
Facilities Management and Engineering Services
We provide turnkey services in facilities planning and design, as well as property leasing and management.
US2 can play a supporting role, such as we provide for the Center of Industrial and Technical Excellence for Air Defense and Tactical Systems at the Letterkenny Army Depot. In addition, we can perform end-to-end design, implementation, launch, and management, such as we have for the Army Experience Center (AEC), an interactive multimedia and simulation facility that supports the Army’s enhanced recruitment strategy and activities.
Our construction and facilities oversight capabilities, as demonstrated in our AEC contracts, include planning and design; electrical and mechanical services; computing hardware and software support; and ongoing property management/maintenance. We focus not only on the details, but also on the big picture – ensuring that our customers get what they need, both now and in the future.
Construction Management Services
US2 has proven expertise in construction management, Job Order Contract/Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineering Requirements (JOC/SABER) activities, and vertical construction – building everything from 50,000-square-foot hangars at Fairbanks International Airport to new office buildings.
In addition, we manage highly specialized projects, such as the U.S. Army’s 15,000-square-foot Army Experience Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
We have provided contract services at many military bases across the United States, playing a leading role on long-term contracts at:
- Hurlburt Field, Florida
- Robins Air Force Base (AFB), Georgia
- Laughlin AFB, Texas
- Offutt AFB, Nebraska
We are also involved with the “Purple SABER” contract at Peterson AFB in Ft. Carson, Colorado, and a long-term design and build contract with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration at Cape Canaveral, Florida.
Regardless of project size, we have the experience and resourcefulness to launch your construction program quickly and drive it to a timely and successful conclusion.
"Our mission is your mission. Yes, we offer a full spectrum of services, from process improvement and program management to in-depth studies and commercial services – even creating and managing stunning multimedia facilities such as the Army Experience Center.
"But we offer even more than that. We offer the talent, intellect, and experience to grasp the most unique challenges and help our clients meet their goals. Whatever you call your next challenge, please call us, and let our team help you to implement the most effective, timely, and affordable solution possible."
