Program
United Solutions is committed to ethical business practices and providing services that are in compliance with all laws, rules, policies, and regulations. The Preferred Supplier Program was created to provide incentives for those with whom we conduct business with that maintain an Ethics & Compliance Program of their own.
United Solutions has partnered with Cape Fox Shared Services, Cape Fox Professional Services, Concentric Methods, Cape Fox Government Services, NAVAR, and Cape Fox Federal Integrators to create the Federal Contracting Group Preferred Supplier Program in order to offer our suppliers and subcontractors the opportunity to upgrade to Preferred Supplier status.
ELIGIBILITY
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible to participate in the Federal Contracting Group Preferred Supplier Program as a Preferred Supplier, a business shall:
- supply or wish to supply the Federal Contracting Group companies with goods or services and
- maintain an Ethics and Compliance Program in compliance with the requirements of FAR Subpart 3.10 and appropriate agency supplements.
Proof of Eligibility
In order to determine eligibility, the company or individual seeking to participate in the Federal Contracting Group Preferred Supplier Program must complete the Preferred Supplier Program Application and attach the company’s Code of Ethics and Ethics & Compliance Program Policy Statement.

Program benefits:

The Federal Contracting Group parter companies will turn to Preferred Suppliers first. We are commited to doing as much business with our Preferred Suppliers as possible. It must be recognized that any preferences given to Preferred Suppliers are subject to any restrictions in the FAR agency supplements or contract requirements

Preferred Suppliers will receive a framed certificate designating their company as a recepient of the Superior Commitment to Business Ethics Award.
